Description
Responsible for monitoring the financial performance of the Pathology Lab operations and the Lab Outreach business practice. Interacts with laboratory management and operations to develop, coordinate, and integrate cost management programs into departmental services. Prepares benchmarking studies, budget variance statistics, value analysis reports, graphs and tables identifying trends in profitability and other opportunities for growth.
Qualifications

BS in Accounting or related field, Masters in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred. Minimum of four years of medical and/or pathology laboratory financial level experience desired.
