Format:
"Moods and Foods" Life Coaching Group session to inspire, motivate and lift the spirits of patients facing ongoing illness. A certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant will be speaking at the session.

Wood St. Parking Garage Entrance on Fillmore St.,
at the corner of Fillmore and Wood St.

No Charge to Attendees.
