Tobacco Treatment Support Group September Meeting

The group aims to provide information, further education, and encouragement for people who are struggling with tobacco dependence. Monthly meetings focus on topics addressing stress, lifestyle adjustments, and how to overcome the challenges of quitting smoking or other tobacco addiction.
Topic: Benefits of Tobacco Abstinence
What other benefits besides improved health can you expect with stopping smoking? Discuss the global benefits of stopping smoking.
Currently there is no charge for support groups.
