Sara at age 4 and 16
Just before age 2, Sara received a cochlear implant at UI Health. This footage was shot when Sara was 4 years old (2.5 years after the implant) and when she revisited our clinic with her family at age 16.
Ali at age 5 and 27
At age 4, due to Usher's syndrome, Ali received a cochlear implant at UI Health. This footage was shot when he was 5 years old (2.5 years after the implant) and when he revisited our clinic with his family at age 27.
