Community Reintegration Program

The Community Reintegration Program is a limited-time intensive outpatient psychiatric rehabilitation program. Our goal is to provide the support and services necessary for mental health patients to achieve their highest level of functioning. We provide therapeutic, social, and recreational opportunities to enable patients to achieve their mental health goals, learn skills, and address quality of life issues.

The Community Reintegration Program operates
4 days a week from 9:30am to 3pm.

Participants receive:

  • Group Therapy
  • Individual Intervention
  • Skills Training
  • Education
  • Case Anagement Facilitated by Our Team of Professionals
