The Patient Experience

After your visit, you may be contacted by phone and asked to participate in a short survey about your experience. Your responses to the survey are confidential and will help us continue to improve our services.

While our physicians make every effort to see patients as scheduled, we ask for your understanding if your doctor is called away or delayed to attend to a very ill or hospitalized patient who requires immediate attention. If you are kept waiting longer than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time and have not been informed about the reason for delay, please alert your doctor's receptionist.

We want you and your family to have a satisfying visit. If you have questions or concerns about your care, please let your doctor or nurse know. For other questions or concerns, please ask to speak with the director of the area.
