Lamorris Perry, MD

General Pediatrician, Dr. Lamorris Perry works out of Mile Square's South Shore site. As a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and active member of the National Medical Association and Children's Community Physicians Association, Dr. Perry strives to develop the mental health in children of poor and underserved communities as well as decrease mental health stigmas in African American communities. Contributing to the H3: Healthy Minds, Healthy Children, Healthy Chicago initiative, Dr. Perry works to improve the prevention, early detection and treatment of child mental health problems with replicable, effective, and sustainable methods. Dr. Perry earned his medical degree from Rush University College of Medicine in 1983. He completed his pediatric training in Cook County Children's Hospital (now known as John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County) in 1986. Dr. Perry has been a part of Mile Square since 2012.
