Redesigned Mobile App Offers New Services, Improved Patient Experience

We’re a hospital; we get it. The last thing you want to do — on top of everything else — is call to schedule an appointment or inquire about insurance. Thankfully, the UI Health mobile app puts you in control of managing your health — at your convenience. The latest version of our app is designed to simplify your patient experience and make it easier for you to connect with UI Health.
We’ve improved navigation with a redesigned menu that features large, easy-to-read icons, so patients can quickly find the services they need. New UI Health patients can look to the Primary & Specialty Care item to learn about what to expect and what to prepare for their visit, and learn about the physicians who will be providing their care. For current patients, the My UI Health Patient Portal, the secure online tool for staying up-to-date on your healthcare, now is featured at the top of app menu, to make it simpler to check on appointments or bills. The Health Insurance item is an always-up-to-date list of UI Health’s accepted insurance plans to help you easily plan your visits.

The Classes & Events item is an up-to-date resource on regular and upcoming goings on at the hospital and in the community, such our regular bariatric surgery information sessions and monthly stroke and sickle cell support groups.

As always, patients can search for a provider, make an appointment, get directions to a clinic, or contact us directly from the app menu. The UI Health app gives you the tools to manage your health in one place, no matter where you are.
