2012 SART Data Shows That:

  • 60% of the patients in the UI IVF Program were 38 years of age and above.
  • UI IVF Program performed a higher number of elective single embryo transfers for women <35 years (30% vs. 15% nationally)
  • UI IVF Program has a high frozen embryo transfer live birth rate in women <35 years (50% vs. 42% nationally)
  • UI IVF Program has a lower multiple pregnancy rate ("twin rate") in all age groups (10% vs. 20% nationally)
  • UI IVF Program has a high live birth rate in women of 41-42 years (33% per retrieval vs. 16% nationally)
  • UI IVF Program has a high fresh donor oocyte live birth rate (75% per transfer vs. 56% nationally)
