Are there any forms or papers they need to fill out?
There are no forms or papers to fill out prior to the appointment.

Is the clinic covered by insurance?
Yes. Most insurance plans cover the clinic visit but check with your individual plan. If you have an HMO you may need a referral from your primary care doctor.
Will the session be a group meeting or an individual appointment?
The Tobacco Treatment Center provided individual appointments. Support group sessions are available once a month.
Will first line medications be offered?
The Tobacco Treatment Center provides prescriptions for first-line medications to treat tobacco dependence.
Do you provide hypnosis or acupuncture?
The Tobacco Treatment Center providers do not use hypnosis or acupuncture.
