Matthew Clinger is an occupational therapist that works with clients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings at UI Health. Matthew provides occupational therapy services to clients along the care continuum experiencing orthopedic, neurological, and complex medical conditions.

Matthew's specialty area of practice is low vision and he is currently in the process of developing services at UI Health to expand the delivery of occupational therapy services to clients experiencing vision loss. Matthew is trained in Myofascial Release, a manual therapy technique that can be used to reduce pain, improve movement, and enhance participation in meaningful activities, and is a certified facilitator of Stanford University's Chronic Disease Self-Management Program.
