Maureen Smith is a nurse practitioner in the Sleep Science Center at UI Health. Ms. Smith has a focus on sleep medicine, and she treats patients with all sleep problems, from sleep apnea to insomnia. Her practice philosophy is to not only treat illness but also to elevate awareness of the importance of good sleep in the healing process and as an important aspect of overall well-bring. Her clinical interests also include population health and health disparities.
