West Side Total Health Collaborative Public Convening
This event will bring together our partners to share progress on community-based programs, business and economic development, and healthcare initiatives. We also will be requesting your feedback on the work ahead.
Since formally launching in January 2017, Chicago's West Side Total Health Collaborative has engaged residents, healthcare providers, faith leaders, community-based organizations, employers, and other stakeholders to support healthy and vibrant West Side neighborhoods. As we enter our second full year of work, we must find opportunities for continued collaboration, support, and engagement. Click here for more information about the collaborative.
