Spanish Seminar: Living with Kidney Disease and Transplantation

This seminar will be conducted in Spanish and is for patients, caregivers, and families.
"Living with Kidney Disease and Transplantation" is an educational seminar for people living with or at risk for kidney disease; those on dialysis; those waiting for a kidney transplant; and kidney transplant recipients. Caregivers and family members are also encouraged to attend. The seminar will provide important information from experts on insurance, diet, treatment options, a panel discussion with health providers, and more.
Registration is free and includes breakfast, lunch, program materials, and parking. Attend the panel discussion with UI Health transplant surgeon Dr. Jorge A. Almario and visit the UI Health Transplant table for information on our programs. Must be 18 years or older.
