Living with Kidney Disease and Transplantation (Spanish Seminar)

"Living with Kidney Disease and Transplantation" is a free educational seminar for people living with or at risk for kidney disease; on dialysis; waiting for a kidney transplant; and kidney transplant recipients. Caregivers and family members also are encouraged to attend. The seminar will provide important information from experts on insurance; diet; medication and technology; treatment options; vaccine and infection risks; a panel discussion with healthcare providers; and more.
