Living with Kidney Disease and Transplantation Seminar in Spanish is a free program is for patients living with kidney disease, and their families. Topics include, managing nutrition, advances in medicine, arranging a kidney transplant, dialysis, transplant surgery, diet, insurance, and much more. Join UI Health sessions on "Transplants and All It's Phases," led by Dr. Jorge Almario from Transplant, and "Blood Pressure", led by Dr. Ana Ricardo, from Nephrology.
Breakfast, lunch, and parking will be provided at no cost. Following lunch and the program's conclusion, attendees will have the opportunity to continue the conversation and talk with speakers and experts one-on-one.
