Living with Kidney Disease and Transplant Spanish Language Seminar

National Kidney Foundation Of IllinoisLiving with Kidney Disease and Transplantation is a free seminar conducted in Spanish for patients, caregivers, assistants, and family members living with kidney disease. Topics include diabetes, dialysis, transplant surgeries, diet, financial challenges, and much more. Free breakfast, lunch, and parking will be provided.
