Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois Community Care Fair

Cristo Rey Jesuit High School and BlueCross BlueShield is hosting a free Community Care Fair Health, which includes assistance for eligibility redetermination for Medicaid; insurance options; mental health resources; dental screenings and referrals; colorectal cancer test kits; and COVID-19 and flu vaccinations. Activities for family fun include face painting, balloon artists, and art projects. Make sure to visit the UI Health booth for body mass index screenings and health education provided by UI Health Pilsen Family Health Center. In addition, the UIC College of Pharmacy will provide Medication Management & Measurements activity. Also, stop by the UIC College of Dentistry booth with your family to engage with the teaching puppet and receive an oral hygiene kit.
