Dr. Ashley Mulvihill practices in the Department of Psychiatry at UI Health. Dr. Mulvihill is passionate about working with pregnant women and mothers, and integrates her training in child psychiatry and parenting strategies to enhance whole family well-being.

She collaborates closely with therapists and OB/GYN providers to develop trauma-informed, integrative, and patient-centered care plans. Her clinical interests include pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder, mental health during infertility and pregnancy loss, perimenopausal mood and anxiety disorders. Dr. Mulvihill also specializes in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, pre-conception counseling, and ongoing therapy-informed medication management.
