The Rev. Denise Henley is a staff chaplain in Pastoral Care Services at UI Health. Rev. Henley is a licensed and ordained minister that has served in parish ministry, community ministry, and healthcare for over two decades. She brings a calming presence and listening ear to patients, families, staff, and students for those experiencing anxiety, anger, illness, grief, pain, and suffering. Rev. Henley is a clinical pastoral educator with training in crisis intervention, psychotherapy to families, biblical counseling in mental health, and youth counseling. She's been engaged in leading memorials and conducting spirituality groups to help mitigate times of difficulty.
