Jasmine Macabulos is a nurse practitioner in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at UI Heath. Ms. Macabulos specializes in providing individualized care to patients with diabetes and obesity. She has a particular interest in educating patients about diabetes management and helping them reduce or eliminate the need for medication through lifestyle modifications. Ms. Macabulos believes in building strong patient-provider relationships and is committed to delivering high-quality care. Her goal is to collaborate with patients to create individualized care plans that support their goals and optimize their health.
