Dr. Karen Cotler is a family nurse practitioner at the Mile Square Health Center-Humboldt Park location. Dr. Cotler provides primary care healthcare services to patients of all ages, from infants to the aging population. Her clinical interests include improving health outcomes of sexual- and gender-minority individuals, and she is passionate about health promotion and disease prevention across the lifespan. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Cotler is an instructor educating the next generation of family nurse practitioners at UIC College of Nursing.
