Veronica Thompson is a clinical dietitian for the Solid Organ Transplant Program at UI Health. Veronica helps transplant candidates reach their nutritional goals to prepare them for transplant surgery. She also provides medical nutrition therapy and nutrition education for patients after transplant to aid in their recovery. Veronica enjoys working with patients one-on-one and with their families to improve their nutrition and helps them strive for a healthy lifestyle before and after transplant.
