Sophie Barish is the Internal Communications Manager in Marketing & Strategic Communications at UI Health. Sophie is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing tactics that sustain and strengthen marketing strategies for the healthcare delivery system, and for communications targeted to Hospital & Clinics staff, patients, and visitors.
She focuses on establishing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with staff and patients to increase engagement, improve the patient experience, and strengthen organizational performance.
