Join us for a hybrid session hosted by UI Health Mile Square Health Center in collaboration with Aetna Better Health® of Illinois, TASC, and the Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation. This convening will bring together key stakeholders to establish a referral network that supports justice-involved individuals returning to their communities.
