The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is now available at UI Health for children age 6 months to 5 years.
UI Health has the Pfizer vaccine available for all age groups. The Moderna vaccine remains available for those age 18+.

The COVID-19 vaccine can be given at the same time as other immunizations.
Important Reminders
- Patient and parent or legal guardian must wear a mask at all times.
- Patient should wear clothing that will easily give access to the upper shoulder, like a T-shirt.
- Appointments may last up to 45 minutes for vaccination and observation.
- Download, print, and complete the consent form for minors (a parent or legal guardian will need to sign it)
