Ophthalmology

At Illinois Eye and Ear, we provide expert care for immediate eye issues on a walk-in basis such as:

• New onset flashes and floaters
• Sudden vision loss
• Eye injury
• Foreign bodies
• Eye infections and ulcers
• Corneal abrasions
• Retinal detachments
• Red eye with pain

Regular hours are 8 am – 2 pm Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

For immediate issues, no appointment is necessary, but patients will be seen in the order of their arrival and according to the level of severity of their condition.

Our staff is happy to schedule an appointment for routine eye issues such as:

• Routine eye exams, including glasses
• Routine diabetic eye and glaucoma evaluations
