Lasik Eye Surgery

Laser-assisted In Situ Keratomileusis, more commonly known as LASIK, is an eye surgery that reshapes the eye’s corneas to improve focus. LASIK surgery is a bladeless procedure that uses two lasers to reshape the cornea’s curvature. The first laser, called a femtosecond laser, creates a flap in the cornea; the second, called excimer, then reshapes the cornea. The improved shape better focuses light, so you can see clearly.

With our state-of-the-art vision equipment, all patients have customized laser treatments. There are different types of LASIK, which include wavefront-guided and topography-guided that are used to accommodate different types of corneas. One of our experts will discuss which option best fits your specific needs.
