Mental Health Services

The Two-Generation Clinic team includes a psychiatrist board-certified in adult and pediatric psychiatry, with a focus on postpartum women. Experienced in working with women and children of all ages, our psychiatrist follows a collaborative care model to determine the level of mental health services most appropriate for each patient. Each week, the psychiatrist meets with a nurse and social worker to discuss patients’ mental health needs. The team decides whether each patient would benefit most from mental health support from a nurse or social worker, or from psychiatric services.
