Jessica Palis is a nurse practitioner with nine years of nursing experience in hematology, oncology, and palliative care. She is dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life by providing symptom management as well as psychosocial support to patients and their loved ones.

Greg Branen Greg Branen is a bilingual (Spanish) licensed clinical social worker. Greg is patient and compassionate when helping patients and families. He helps with multidisciplinary discharge planning and providing psychosocial support.

Deirdre Manning

Deirdre Manning has served as a chaplain in university, medical school, and hospital settings since 2003. Deirdre is grateful for all the people, especially patients, who have taught her lessons about the strength of the human spirit. She believes that the spirit that lives in and connects every person is stronger than any illness.

Tanjeev Kaur

Dr. Tanjeev Kaur practices both palliative care and geriatrics, serving as director of the Geriatric Fellowship Program. She specializes in the care of elderly patients with the goal of promoting personal well-being and provides palliative care to the vulnerable and frail when needed. She has worked as hospice physician for five years. She is actively engaged in teaching fellows, residents and students, enhancing their knowledge of not only of primary care, but also palliative care & advance care planning. During her residency, she was awarded the All Star Award for demonstrating the core values of compassion, excellence, human dignity, justice, sacredness of life & service.
