ComPsych is an off-site program offered by the State of Illinois as a private and confidential resource, providing self-guided apps, counseling, and referrals for you and your eligible dependents.

They have a 24/7 phone line — 833.955.3400 — available to provide support by licensed clinicians. The clinicians will speak to you over the phone or face-to-face, providing the support you need as you cope with anxiety, fear, and uncertainty during this unprecedented time.
