Dr. Kent Hoskins is the Oncology Service Line Medical Director at UI Health. A medical oncologist specializing in hereditary breast and ovarian cancers, Dr. Hoskins directs the Familial Breast Cancer Clinic at UI Health. His clinical interests include counseling women who are at high risk for developing breast cancer due to family history and providing genetic testing services for women and their family members who are at risk for hereditary forms of breast cancer. Dr. Hoskins focuses on helping women develop individualized plans for reducing their chances of getting breast cancer and providing comprehensive care for women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.

As the Oncology Service Line Medical Director, Dr. Hoskins works with both the Hospital & Clinics and the Cancer Center to grow oncology services across the UI Health system. He is the associate director of Translational Research at the University of Illinois Cancer Center and the Eileen Lindsay Heidrick Professor in Oncology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine.
