Danielle Rodriguez is an advanced practice registered nurse Mile Square Health Center's L.P. Johnson Rockford location. Danielle is a Rockford native who has been a part of the Behavioral Health and Addiction team at Mile Square since 2022. She provides patient-centered care for patients with behavioral health and substance use disorders. Danielle has a passion for working with justice-involved individuals and families, supporting families through adverse childhood experiences, assisting patients and families in building resiliency, and supporting patients through substance use disorder treatment.
