Cyndi Brush practices at the Mile Square's L.P. Johnson Rockford location. Cyndi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in substance abuse, addiction, and trauma. She is a Certified Parent Child Interaction Therapist and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional.
Cyndi has worked on and collaborated with several county and state grants to expand access to substance use treatment and mental health care for justice-involved individuals. She also received a grant to build a universal screening program for Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) within her clinic and facilitated education events for the community and community partners on ACEs and Resilience. Her area of interest includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, universal screening of ACEs in clinical setting, Early Intervention, interprofessional collaboration and advocating for mental health. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
