Mile Square Health Center Earns Two 2026 HRSA Quality Recognitions
Monday, August 17, 2026
Mile Square Health Center has earned two 2026 Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) badges: the Health Center Quality Leader – Bronze badge and the Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality badge. These recognitions are based on Mile Square's performance in calendar year 2025 compared to other Federally Qualified Health Centers nationwide.
Health Center Quality Leader – Bronze
The Bronze badge places Mile Square among the top 21–30% of health centers nationally on clinical quality measures. The recognition reflects the quality of care delivered across every Mile Square location and validates the organization's ongoing work to provide safe, effective, patient-centered care.
Advancing Health Information Technology for Quality
The HIT for Quality badge recognizes health centers that offer telehealth services, exchange clinical information electronically with care partners, engage patients through health information technology, and collect data on patient health-related needs.
HRSA's CHQR badges help patients and communities identify health centers that deliver strong clinical outcomes and use technology effectively to support care. Earning both recognitions places Mile Square among a distinguished group of health centers nationally.
A Reflection of the Full Organization
These achievements reflect the work of every team at Mile Square — from front desk staff who welcome patients and help them access care, to providers and nurses delivering care daily, to the administrative and support staff keeping clinics running across all locations.
