Community Listening Session - South Side

Mile Square Health Center invites community members to participate in a Community Listening Session as part of our 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment. These conversations help us better understand the health challenges, priorities, and opportunities facing the communities we serve.
Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences with health care, discuss barriers that affect their families and neighborhoods, and provide input that will help shape future services and programs.
Feedback gathered through these sessions helps guide how Mile Square Health Center and our partners invest in resources, programs, and initiatives that support healthier communities.
Community members, patients, and local partners are encouraged to attend.
