Join UI Health Mile Square Health Center and Congressman Jonathan L. Jackson for Grilling for Good Health: Community Action Day, a community-wide BBQ and educational event for residents of Illinois’ 1st Congressional District and Mile Square patients.
This hybrid session hosted by UI Health Mile Square Health Center in collaboration with Aetna Better Health® of Illinois, TASC, the Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation, SAFER Foundation, Nexxos, Women’s Justice Institute, and Teamwork Englewood. This convening will bring together key stakeholders to establish a referral network that supports justice-involved individuals returning to their communities. We’ll discuss how coordinated healthcare access can improve well-being. Light refreshments will be served.
