Mile Square - Federally Qualified Health Center
The University Of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System-Mile Square Health Center (UI Hospital-MSHC) provides comprehensive health care services to the residents of the Chicagoland area at multiple locations throughout the city.
It all started with an exceptional idea - to provide quality health care to people on Chicago's Near West Side. Since 1967, UI Hospital-Mile Square has been doing just that, and over the decades, has expanded its services throughout Chicago.
Today, Mile Square provides a range of medical, dental, mental health, and social services to more than 17,600 individuals every year, regardless of their ability to pay. As a part of the University Of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System since 1990, Mile Square also provides its patients with access to one of the most prominent academic health systems in the country.
Some of the best trained physicians, nurses, certified nurse midwives, and pharmacists provide patient care - all dedicated to changing medicine for good.
