As the in-house agency, UI Health Marketing & Communications provides strategic direction and consultation services to the hospital and clinical departments. When the strategy requires implementation, Marcom leads the direction of design, web, and marketing services. For projects included in the FY2013 Marketing Plan, Marcom will cover most costs for design, development, production and printing. For those projects not in the FY2013 Marketing Plan or projects that fall out of scope, you could be asked to provide financial support for the design or production of the project.

All materials produced for and by UI Health System must follow the brand standard.

    VPHA Marketing has negotiated great deals with vendors who are familiar with our brand. When requesting giveaways, we will provide you with a vendor who understands our brand guidelines and will be able to provide an already discounted price. Giveaways require time to design, produce, and ship so please be sure to start this process in a timely manner.
