The Division of Gastroenterology and Digestive Diseases at UI Health is staffed by physicians and scientists who specialize in diseases of the liver and gastrointestinal (GI) tract, which includes the esophagus, stomach, gallbladder, pancreas, small and large intestine (colon), and rectum. Meet the Director

The division is directed by Dr. Brian Boulay, specializes in advanced therapeutic endoscopy. He treats pancreatic and biliary conditions, including pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer, and evaluates diseases of the small intestine. His expertise includes ERCP, endoscopic ultrasound, EMR of polyps and masses, double-balloon enteroscopy, and endoscopic treatment of gastrointestinal cancers.
