Welcome to the Sickle Cell Center

For more than 50 years the University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System has been a pioneer of sickle cell treatment and research. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with sickle cell disease and to reduce the morbidity and mortality of the disease.

 

The Comprehensive Sickle Cell Center at UI Health offers:
