The ProQOL-5 is a free, self-administered screening tool designed to assess the professional quality of life of helping professionals. Users complete the questionnaire and use the “Self-Score” version to reflect on their experiences of compassion satisfaction, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress. The measure is available in multiple languages and allows individuals to gain insight into how their work may be impacting their wellbeing.
