In the latest UI Health News video, Dr. Barish dedicates this segment to Dr. Avijit Ghosh, who has served as our hospital CEO since 2014.

Dr. Ghosh will be stepping down as CEO of the University of Illinois hospital to take on the role of interim chief financial officer for the University of Illinois System.

In this segment, Dr. Ghosh discusses what he has learned about the hospital, what he is most proud of, and the challenges going forward. He highlights our efforts to create an integrated information infrastructure through our 3i project and speaks to the importance of creating a single system from which we all work.
