Me4Me Program @ 55th & Pulaski Health Collaborative

Monthly

The Me4Me Program at the 55th & Pulaski Health Collaborative is designed to help individuals and families address concerns and needs like high blood pressure, diabetes, nutrition, and other health challenges. We offer health education and cooking classes, support groups, walking clubs, and other resources. We are here to help you on your path to good health!

Me4Me cooking classes are held monthly. Additional education sessions will be added to our schedule as they are planned.
