Join UI Health Community Relations at the Wintrust and Little Village Chamber of Commerce Health Resource Fair.
This free community event will connect families and residents with health information, community resources, local services and opportunities. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about resources available to support their health and well-being.
Visit the UI Health table to connect with our team, learn about available health services and receive health education and resources. UI Health’s Cognitive, Motor, and Balance Rehabilitation Laboratory will also provide fall-risk and balance screenings, cognitive screenings, fall-prevention education and awareness, and information about fall-prevention research.
