Dr. Colleen Stiles-Shields is a pediatric and clinical psychologist at UI Health. Dr. Stiles-Shields  has experience working with children, teens, young adults, adults, and families across a variety of life experiences and conditions. Her clinical approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the evidence-based therapy that helps individuals to identify the connections among their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and making skills-based changes to improve how someone is feeling. She previously worked as a licensed clinical social worker.
