Dr. Gerald Gantt is the Chief of the Division of Colon & Rectal Surgery at UI Health. He specializes in the treatment of colon and rectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, anorectal disorders, and diverticulitis. Dr. Gantt is an expert in minimally invasive approaches for the management of colon and rectal cancers. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed journals and regularly presents his research at national meetings. His interests include colorectal cancer genomics, innovative surgical techniques, and health disparities.
