Dr. Minti Shah is the Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of Academic Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. She is a Palliative Medicine and Emergency Medicine physician at UI Health. As a physician of the Palliative Care team, Dr. Shah provides care to patients struggling with serious illnesses. Her goal is to help control pain and symptoms while supporting patients and their families as they navigate difficult decisions throughout the course of their disease. Her focus is to help her patients achieve the highest possible quality of life while making sure their care aligns with their personal goals and values. She speaks English and Spanish.
