Dr. Minting Yu practices in the Department Hepatology and the Division of Transplantation at UI Health. Dr. Yu specializes in diagnosing and treating liver diseases and caring for patients with advanced liver disease. She cares for patients with cirrhosis and its complications and evaluates patients who may benefit from liver transplantation. She also provides ongoing care for patients after liver transplantation. Her clinical interests include hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), metabolic-associated liver disease, alcohol-associated liver disease, and viral hepatitis, including hepatitis B and C. She also cares for patients with autoimmune hepatitis and inherited liver diseases. Dr. Yu is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care and helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their health.
