Dr. Pamela Ganschow practices in the Division of Internal Medicine at UI Health. Dr. Granschow provides patient-centered care focused on cancer prevention, risk assessment, and survivorship. She works with individuals who want to better understand their personal and family history of cancer and take proactive steps to reduce their risk. This includes counseling and care related to breast cancer risk and prevention, such as screening strategies and risk-reducing options tailored to each patient’s goals and values.
Dr. Granschow also cares for people at all stages of cancer survivorship, across all solid tumors, emphasizing long-term health, quality of life, and support after cancer treatment. Additionally, she specializes in hereditary cancer syndromes, such as BRCA and Lynch syndrome, helping patients and families understand genetic risk, consider genetic testing, and develop personalized plans for screening, prevention, and risk management.
